I called AtTP based on a recommendation and Thomas answered and we set up a time for him to come out. Thomas came out and after looking was able to explain the cause and got it working again. He was really good at answering my questions in a way I can understand and not selling me something. This was absolutely the opposite, he told me what I asked and gave his opinion when I asked. He let me decide. After confirming my choices he called and let me know his schedule of arrival along with sub contractors for roofing and electrical, also to let me know when we would be losing water for the work. With kids and a wife in the house to keep happy this is awesome. He showed up on time, the work was done on time, and he walked me though the care and what I needed to do for maintenance after it was done. He also sent a picture of the work done. Complete professionalism, which is a rare thing, and no surprises equals what Iâ m looking for as a home owner. I am all for supporting local businesses and Thomas does a great job.
