"This is a top rate company! I needed someone immediately to come out to our condo. as we had a leak on the outside of of our home, it was coming from a pipe under our unit and Courtney was ON IT! I had 2 amazing gentlemen come out and they fixed it in an hour. They were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to remedy the problem. "Adam the Plumber was competent, friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. Next Plumbing was very fast at responding to my inquiry and replacing my water heater IN ONE DAY. When the new water heater blew a fuse over night, Adam the Plumber came out the very next day (even if it did it cost me an extra $100, which I could debate if I wanted to). The cost of a plumber is notoriously expensive, but I commend Adam and Next Plumbing for sticking exactly to the estimate (less the $100 he next day). We are new to the area, now we have a go-to plumber if and when we need one. Responsive, honest, competent."

"Things I loved - no up-charge for having a weekend emergency. The gentleman who came was on time and very polite. Things I did not love - there was a bit of confusion between the price I was told on the phone and the price the plumber billed. When I shared that, he immediately apologized and changed it - but since he never gave me an estimate and the one I had came from a phone call, I didn't care for that moment. As far as "rating the work quality" - it seems fine. I called because I don't know much about plumbing. Assuming the work all holds up beyond a day or two, it seemingly will have been fine work quality. But it all seems good and it was in the end a very fair price - and I would call them again."
