When the main street pipe started draining into my basement Dave called the city after hours and had them clear the clog, saved me from a disaster. They came on Tuesday morning and finished by end of day Thursday. They dug a trench through the basement then outside to the sidewalk to replace the piping. Incredible job. It was expensive but I knew that going in, just unfortunate."

"Hired Curtis to remove and dispose of a 70-year old very heavy double concrete sink as part of a basement laundry reconfiguration. Did fantastic clean of removing the sink, old water lines and drain. Then installed new laundry sink, new faucet, new copper water lines, new water shutoff for the washer, and a new stand pipe drain line for the washer. Curtis also assured me in this age of Coronavirus they practice safety protocols...which they did with masks and gloves for the entire project. Looking forward to the next time I can avail myself of his services!"

"We wanted to replace our old water closet toilet that connected directly to the soil stack with a new rear outlet toilet that would also connect to the stack. We knew we needed an experienced plumber willing to take on the challenge of cutting out an old toilet and repiping. Addario’s sent Paul to look at things over. He proposed two options, differing only in final toilet placement. In less than a week, special order parts had arrived, the job was scheduled and the work was completed. Paul returned to do the work. It took all day. He was well-organized and neat, very competent and considerate. We discussed the space restraints with him and decided on the option we had not initially chosen. Addario’s quickly adjusted the final payment to reflect the change. The toilet and new piping look great and work perfectly."

"Mike saved us when we were selling our house and the clock was ticking toward closing. Four years earlier, we had finished our basement. We came to find our during P&S that the contractor had never closed out the permit. Long story short... codes had changed and a fan to pull in outside air was required to ensure there was enough makeup air for the boiler and water heater. Mike worked at least six hours in 90+ degree temps to install the fan. Add in the fact that the plumbing inspector identified a few other things that a previous plumber had missed. Mike took care of those as well. Mike's prices have always been very reasonable and this time was no exception. Plus, I have never heard "I'm too busy" like you get from some other plumbers. An old copper pipe connecting the kitchen sink to the wall had a crack in it.
