"We have an irrigation well built and serviced by Well Water Connection. John the owner was very responsive, and the irrigation well has been a good investment making watering our green lawn pay for the well in just a couple years since town water is also expensive. Drilling for water around here is tricky, and we have had to figure out how to manage our well water usage. Well Water Connection has been a solid partner in maintaining our irrigation well."

"I had an emergency plumbing problem on late Sunday evening. Jeff and his son came to my house at 10:30 pm to fix the problem and the following Monday at 8:00 in the early morning to complete the repairs needed. J.Griffin was the only p;umber out of six other plumbers whom I called who was willing to come and help me, to which I am grateful. I have already passed along his name."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Marcin and his team did a fantastic job on our home renovation - plumbing for new bathroom, completely new kitchen plumbing, and all of our plumbing related needs for our gut renovation. Very professional and reliable, great to work with - highly recommended!"

"After considerable comparing and contrasting replacement costs for a gas water heater, it was clear that Coastal Plumbing and Heating are an ethically-driven business model. The first quote I received included costly replacement items germane according to the first quote. When compared to and discussed with Coastal Plumbing and Heating not only were the so-called necessary add-ons unnecessary, the cost was dramatically reduced. Retaining Coastal saved me $2,718.45. Both quotes were for the exact same brand replacement tank. And . . . this is important they arranged their schedule to come the same day they were contacted after hearing I did not have hot water for 3 days. Should there be future plumbing issues in my home, I wouldn't hesitate to call Ken, the owner and licensed plumber of Coastal Plumbing and Heating. Ken and his son worked together, completed the work in a timely manner, no additional costs above the quoted amount and are very respectful. All this to say, I am a very satisfied customer and, happily, a solvent one. Toni B. ~ Salisbury MA"

"Joe Montbleau is a knowledgeable and honest plumber with a good work ethic. He impressed me as being someone who believes in earning your business and trust. When I called for a quote, he came promptly, along with his father, who is also a plumber, and they truly inspired confidence. Joe and his team worked competently and efficiently to install a new gas boiler in our home. Pricing was fair and the job was completed in one day. I have other plumbing jobs to be done in my home and I will be calling him again."

"They came out right away and assessed the situation to let us know that we needed to hire a plumber right away. He fixed the drains until we could get a plumber out there. They were able to clean out the clog in our drain to have some water flow."

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. And I cannot speak highly enough of them , the speedy work and their professionalism. I now have a new plumber for all my plumbing needs. Thank you."

"I have had Spencer Home Services work on my house before and they were recently here again on an unrelated issue. Rich came out and solved the problem like any good plumber would. The difference is Rich’s attitude, respectful of our needs and time was outstanding. As a homeowner it’s great to know you can trust your repairman to do a good job."
