"My experience with Rick from A-1 Plumbing was phenomenal. I called him last minute on Sunday panicked about replacing my water heater before a family major family visit. Rick got me on schedule asap for Tues AM. He should up on time, worked diligently and efficiently to finish the job in under 2 hours. This was amazing because I had a hi-tech unit that he never installed before but he rose to the occasion and finished the job. Great personality and a consummate professional. After contacting over 10 plumbers A-1 called back, came by and delivered a quality service. I'm never going to use another plumber again. Service is A-1!"

"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

Our main sewer line is PVC up to the curb where it turns to clay. Because water was backed up, he couldn't use the jet to clean so he started with a cable, but the cable could not get to the clay part because of an offset of the lines. he got a camera to ***** and showed me and explained everything he saw. Once water moved, he brought in the jet and with the assistance of the camera, removed all the roots in the line. The root clogs were really bad and he took his time to make sure all were gone. Showed me the line once it was clean as well, no roots left. He advised me of my options, how I can treat the line for roots with a foaming root killer and optionally invest in a new line to rid of the problem altogether.  James was a pleasure to have, very polite, down to earth. Talked to my kids about chess and TV shows while working, very patient. left the place very clean when work was completed. He got himself a new happy customer and will be using his services whenever I need drain/sewer work.
