"Herb was very thorough and made recommendations for the replacement of my faucet . He did not pressure me to do any of the work and discussed options. It was very clear he was working to prevent future issues (leaks) and brought the connections to the industry standard so I no longer needed connectors from 1/2 to 3/8 for the water lines. The job was much more difficult than I thought which made the agreed price even more reasonable. A skilled man, a fair price, and a great job (I don't have a web of water lines under my sink and the shut off valves are much more efficient)."

"I understand that contractor schedules do not always accommodate my scenario, but at 8:30 a.m. I noticed that my water heater was leaking across the entire garage floor. I called them immediately. They were finishing up another job and told me they be at my house within an hour. (During that time I researched the best brands, pricing and labor costs so that I could make an informed decision about their quote.) They arrived promptly, answered all my questions, quoted very competitively and by 12:30 pm I had a brand new, high quality water heater installed, in a professional manner. They even replaced a small part in a leaky toilet and helped me fill out the registration and extended warranty paperwork on the water heater at no extra cost for the time it took. From beginning to end, all I had to do was call them, open the garage door, point to the water heater and they did the rest - including hauling away my old water heater. I have utilized Marc and Ean in the past for a major sewer lining job and I can now say with confidence, no matter how large or small the job - these are the guys to call. "If you want an fair price for honest work, then John Shim is the plumber you want to call. I had a leak in my main water line and called 5 different plumbing companies for estimates and they all told me to replace the main line with new pipes which ranged from $3800-$8700. John was the only plumber who recommended that I just repair the copper pipes since it was the first time this happened and the repair would probably last several more years. So after careful consideration, I felt John's recommendation was the most honest one and he wasn't trying to sell me a big expensive project that I didn't need and wasn't trying to take advantage of the situation because I was a woman. I'm very pleased with the repair work and thankful that he saved me thousands of dollars in repair cost. I know I will eventually have to re-pipe the main line, but at least not for a few more years down the road. Thank you John for your honest work and fair pricing. "Javier scoped the main sewer line and accounted for each water outflow (kitchen, toilets, bathroom sinks, shower, bathtub and laundry). He showed me the line breakage and how the water was slowly seeping into the ground. I felt comfortable with him since he was so detailed and understood where to dig (instead of disrupting the whole yard/garden area). We were concerned about how dirty the job could be, but they tried to keep the movement of dirt to a minimum. As they finished the job each day, they cleaned up the area and getting it ready for the next days work. They only had to shut off the water/sewer usage for one day which made my 91 year old mom happy, We replaced and installed a new sewer system. The pipes to the kitchen, toilets, sinks, tub/shower and laundry were all replaced. They installed rebar dowels before cementing the floors. Upon completion of the whole project they put the yard/garden area back in order. Javier and crew did an outstanding job."
