"I highly recommend CNW to handle foundation work! We contracted CNW to install an egress window well as part of our basement remodel, with a somewhat unusual design and project scope. We chose to build an extra-large well with a wood surround to create a garden window box. Dave was especially helpful with advice about how to best manage the project, and was willing to work with us in fulfilling our vision! His crew--led by Antonio--was incredibly respectful, quiet, friendly and efficient! They gave us a huge well space with which to work, and allowed us the time to build the well foundation ourselves, before returning to finish out the surround with rock and fill dirt. The cut to our home's foundation was very precise, and they masked off the space so well that there was virtually no dust despite cutting through a large amount of cement block! The crew left our entire home and yard exceptionally clean! They were also very conscientious of the fact that immediately after digging the well space, we had a heavy storm accompanied by strong winds, so built a tarp and protective structure to prevent flooding into our new window. I'm happy to say their efforts were successful, and we had no water inside! At every turn of our project, Dave and Antonio have been patient, thorough, and helpful, always willing to work with us to ensure our project results in both a beautiful and safe environment, that will remain structurally sound for years to come. The new window creates a huge injection of light, completely transforming the space in our future main bedroom! I am tremendously impressed by both the quality of work and professionalism from the whole CNW crew, but they have honestly just been lovely to work with, which is why I’m so pleased as a customer. Dave has been extremely kind: he genuinely wants to make sure his customers are happy with the work his company provides, which can be a rare commodity in construction. "I didn’t think I could ever trust a plumber, but these guys went above and beyond with honest advice and recommendations based on what was best for us and not trying to sell the most expensive option like we have had with other companies. Our main line backed up and they were able to clear it and show me the camera footage of a clean pipe. Previously we had Roto Rooter come out and do the same thing and they quoted us $10,000 and that the main sewer line needed to be replaced. Chris’ plumbing said the line was fine and they didn’t see any issues other than the blockage they cleared. I am very thankful for the honest diagnosis, timely solution and great customer service! AND they came out the following morning at 9am when I called at 5pm the day before! Highly recommend and will not be calling any other plumbing companies other than this one!"
