While attempting to install a bidet attachment to my half-bath toilet, I found that the shut-off valve to the toilet was malfunctioning. I called T & G yesterday to make an appointment and we scheduled it for today. He was professional, friendly, complied with the current COVID-19 rules, explained the work that he did, and left my bathroom as clean and dry as it was when he arrived. "Arron happened to be at my house to do an estimate for a toilet repair. It included repairing the floor, replacing pipes and insulation of a new toilet. While we were in the basement checking the floor under the toilet we discovered that my sump pump didn't drain the rain water from the day before since we have a leaking issue there. After I restarted the pump and it started to drain it had a blockage and began to back up into my kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. It was a huge mess. Aaron didn't bat an eye he told me what he was going to do to repair both situations easing my high anxiety. He helped to clean up the water in the kitchen with a shop vac (mopping would have taken me forever). Gave me an estimate with a discount since I am a veteran and my mother is a senior, which he didn't have to do. Rescheduled his next appointment and went to pick up all the parts necessary for both repairs. He worked miracles and finished both jobs in record timing. I am forever grateful that he was here when all insanity broke loose. I would recommend him and his partner to anyone that needed a job well done. He is truly a great plumber and I am getting ready to have him come in to do my bathroom sink next."

"Josh arrived the morning after my call for service to unclog my kitchen sink. I had exhausted my efforts by using two different plungers to no avail. I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought. I was correct as Josh snaked and augured the drain pipes without success. Moving to a clean out he worked revealing a grease plug. To move it required air and water pressure and an acceptable price increase. After about four hours, all blockage was moved along and the drain was open. If needing a plumber in the future, Josh will be the first I call."

He came out the same day to evaluate and repaired our unit for less then half of what we originally quote. Itâ s hard to find an honest and reliable company now a days but we found it with Dantec. He repaired our furnace quickly and didnâ t try to talk us into something we didnâ t need. Highly recommend."
