"I had Valley plumbing in for a second bid on a sewer problem in an old rental home. The company that did the first bid said they found a blockage under the basement bathroom and under the foundation of the home. Also, they found a break in the line in the driveway. They said it would take $8000 to repair the bathroom, remove the floor covering, bathtub, tile, sink, concrete and put everything back. It would take another $4000 to repair the sewer pipe break in the driveway. Valley plumbing found the break in the driveway but their camera showed not problem under the basement bathroom and foundation. They quoted a bid of $1800 to do the repair. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California.
