"Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my new walk-in shower."

"The company was great to work with except some of the communication lacked. We had to make multiple phone calls to get the project installation on track. Linda the sells reps was great and she was helpful. The owner reached out to us and helped us to get a hold of or project manager. Once the installation was set it took two days and Ralph the installer was wonderful he was on time and finished when he said he would. Scott the plumber was great explaining exactly what he did to improve our drainage from the tub. Overall it was a great experience and I would use them again."
