"Our job was primarily exterior painting, including two large porches and a balcony, and some exterior carpentry. JR and the paint crew were very pleasant to work with. Initial estimating was very accurate and prompt. They did make some suggestions based on what they found, as the job progressed, those proposed changes and the reasons for them were communicated very well. As a result the our house looks so much better ( e.g. painting exterior doors and replacing balcony rails). The actual paint crew was very detail oriented and often worked late into the early evening to ensure timely completion of the overall project. In addition they were safety oriented always securing their equipment and ladders for the night. I was very pleased with the final result, including end of the job walkthrough with JR, to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. "On a Saturday while trying to fix a leak in my toilet, i stupidly cracked the tank. The toilet was old enough that I would need to fully replace the toilet. I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly! Marcin and his assistant were also very courteous and were wearing masks the entire time they were in my house. He showed right on time (to the minute), removed the old water tank, and installed a new tankless system that needed a lot of pipe reworking. The job was done on time, with not problems. "Julio came to clear up some slow drains. He investigated the problems I was encountering, and really put time into diagnosing the problems (I thought it was the main drain). Julio indicated that the problem was in the individual drains. He cleared 3 drains upstairs, 2 on the first floor, and one in the basement. Everything is running clear. (In the past, other companies have just come in and cleared the main drain, in and out of here in 15 minutes. Julio put in the time to properly diagnose the problem, and his rates were extremely reasonable. You should use this company!!"

"I had a broken sewer pipe underneath my cement floor that was coming up through cracks in the cement. I knew it was a huge job. When the main street pipe started draining into my basement Dave called the city after hours and had them clear the clog, saved me from a disaster. They came on Tuesday morning and finished by end of day Thursday. They dug a trench through the basement then outside to the sidewalk to replace the piping. Incredible job. It was expensive but I knew that going in, just unfortunate."
