Over the years we have had several jobs with them / including a furnace 20 years ago, which has given us zero problems. I swear that Rob left my basement cleaner than when he got there! Each time we get a fair price and great communication. While my first choice is to not need a plumber at all, when I do need one, I am glad I can call Platinum!"

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Coastal Plumbing and Heating called us in less than an hour from entering the issue at HomeAdvisor (at 9pm). They asked great questions to assess the issue and gave me a very fair quote. They we're at my home the next morning with the correct replacement water heater and were ready to get to work. The father/son team from Coastal was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and had the job completed in about an hour. I was extremely happy with the whole experience, and they made a bad situation (leaking/burst water heater) right again.
