"We hired Plumbing Tree to fix an improperly installed flange by the builders of the home. The quote from them was a little high, but calling around it was similar to other plumbers. The plumber agreed that the flange was not installed correctly (rotated 90 degrees) and the bolts were stripped. The first appointment was missed, I got a text message an hour before he was supposed to show up saying that he could no longer make it due to the current job going long. The next day, I got a text right before our installation time window that he would be late. The plumbers were professional and seemed to be doing a good job. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves well. The sink wasn't caulked as we want to touch up the paint first and he was very kind to actually leave us a tube of caulk and a rag for the job. After the job is done, there are two things that are bothering me. The first was that the flange (double flange to increase the height) was installed in the same 90 degree rotation as the initial one, so honestly I am a bit confused on this (the slots where you are supposed to put the bolts in every single manual on toilets are at the front and back instead of the side and the top and bottom slots were used on the sides instead). The toilet itself is slanted, not perpendicular from the wall (not by a huge amount, but it is noticeable). Since it is caulked down on our new floors, it is going to be permanently off square. Over all, I think they had a good attitude and the job that was quoted for 1 1/2 hours took 2 hours, so not bad there. We are saying we would not hire again due to the rotation of the flange, the inconvenience of rescheduling twice and that the toilet was installed a bit crooked."

"Jake took down our old barn and removed two dead trees and relocated our water hydrant. He showed up a week before the job to give my husband advice on removing the electrical panel and get exact dimension for water hydrant. All went smooth in this 95 degree weather. Thanks Jake, you did a great job!"

"I have been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years. In that time I have seen 100â s of Home Inspectors come and go. Mike far exceeds all Inspectors I have used previously combined! Mike eliminates me having to call out a structural engineer, he has worked with them. Mike diagnoses all the trades, heâ s an electrician, a plumber, HVAC specialist, roofer, professional finishing carpenter, appliance repairman, electronic technician etc. Mike works 100% for the prospective buyer! Mike has the most detailed, professional and accurate reports I have ever seen. When I hire Mike I donâ t have to worry about major items being overlooked. I use Mike on all my Listings and recommend him to all my clients looking for a professional home inspection. Mike is the best inspector in Colorado period! I would 100% recommend hiring him for anyone looking for their new home purchase. I also use Mike to inspect all my investment properties. Mike is the best in the business!"

"Tim and Kylar pinpointed our water problem. They were fast, efficient, professional, good communicators, knowledgeable, impressive. Like a magnet, Tim went to the heart of the problem, which was water overflowing behind the drywall from water being pumped out by our sump pump. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged line and recommended that we call a drain company, not a plumber, to have them come out and clear the line. Kylar provided on the spot assistance to Tim. They solved our problem. It gave us great relief and we're very grateful to them for it. Don and Dixie"

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
