"The next day he never shows and never calls. I have to call the office to find out he is running late, no kidding, and he eventually shows about 4 hours late. He then tells me he can't replace the valve on one of the radiators but does replace the other one. He then reels me it is still $400 for some unknown reason, as if his labor costs $800 an hour because he was only there for around 30 minutes. Now half the radiators in my house are not working and it is getting cold, yes these are the ones he said were OK. I contacted the plumber I have been using and asked him to look at it and he tells me that the correct way to address the problem is to replace all of the valves to make sure the system has correct pressure. This makes sense to me and his price to replace 11 valves is $400. Including labor. needless to say I will not be calling Sila ever agin."
