I had a different plumber come out to look at the leaking side and that company didn't even look at the leak before giving me a quote that was really high. When the other side of the sink clogged up I called KC Metro Plumbing. They were very helpful. On the phone they were respectful and let me explain what was happening. It was very busy for them but they were able to get to me the next day. The son came out and was courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to me and actually got down and looked at the problem. "They suggested I have a man who specializes in drain cleaning to look at the issue. They use him exclusively (I think) to perform a "look-see" prior to their looking at the problem. The man they recommended told me I did NOT need a new sewer and gave me his recommendations to rid myself of the tree roots. Quality Septic saved me several thousand dollars by sending their front man to verify the need for them to come out and give me an estimate. IF I do need sewer service in the future, Quality is the company I will call. I admire their honesty and also the honesty of the drain cleaner that helped me understand why I didn't need a new sewer at this time."
