"My overall experience with Basement Gurus is amazing from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and thorough. Price is the best among the three companies I quoted. Dan Kelly (owner) is personable. He doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. Also, a shout out to Carlos (head crew) and his crew. He was very attentive to detail. Left the work area clean after each day. (They were there for a total of 3 days). I had french drains installed in 2 areas of my basement, and 3 underground sump pumps and 1 above. They were also there to seal the outside of my home where water was coming into the basement. Carlos sealed off all the areas and prepped them where he needed to work. What can I say? I am a very satisfied customer. Oh, did I mention the lifetime warranty on the french drains. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for basement waterproofing services!!!!!! You won't be disappointed!!!!!!"

"Hired Bracken to do an interior French drain and a sump pump for a house I am selling. My buyers had requested this install before we could close on the house. Danny came out quickly to look at the project and was able to give me a reasonable quote on the spot. After my buyers dragged their feet for 2 weeks trying to decide if they wanted to take a credit they returned to the original plan of having the install completed before we could close on the house. I reached back out to Danny and he was able to rearrange the schedule to get his team out to get the work done less than a week after contact. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the final product is very professional looking and should last a long time for my buyers. I am now able to sell the house without extending the closing date again and I’m thrilled about that.
