"The 2 plumbers that came to my house were very friendly and did a good job fixing my leaking pipe. But, I also felt they knew they had me in a tough situation and charged a very high price for this amount of work. After the plumber left I realized that it was very possible that the reason for the leak was that this pipe was not secured to the wall and could be disturbed by movement from the outside hose bib. I called the office and told them of this situation and felt that the plumber should come back and secure this pipe. The office lady said she would tell her supervisor. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
