The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. "I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left. The best thing about this experience is that it has renewed my already-considerable confidence in my regular plumber. Should I have an urgent matter in the future, I will wait until he is available. He is more reliable than Make it Drain (he comes when he says he will) and he is much more reasonably priced."

"On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! When it came time to do the work, they delivered what was promised and did a GREAT JOB! Please look no further. THEY ARE THE PLUMBERS TO HIRE.
