He spent 2 hours under my house inspecting and photographing everything. He explained everything clearly to me and answered all of my questions. He and his crew fixed all of the mistakes, which were extensive. They came on time and were clean and tidy. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
