"This was a big project and took several months to complete (in part because we needed at least one working bathroom at all times and because we took time off for the holidays, both Thanksgiving and Christmas). Throughout the project, owners Lisa and Mark were in constant communication with us -- in person, by phone, and by email and text. They coordinated the plumbing and countertop people for us, and picked up supplies as needed, delivering them in a timely manner. Several of their team worked on the project including Dan, Sean, and Steve. Dan completed the majority of the work on all three bathrooms (about 90%) -- at all times, he was professional, courteous, punctual, and just an overall great guy. He took obvious pride in his work and was meticulous, never rushing or cutting corners, and always cleaned up his work space each day -- we could not have asked for a more dedicated professional. This was our first experience with a large remodeling job, and we were beyond pleased with the process and the outcome. The bathrooms are beautiful, and we will enjoy them for years to come. We would not hesitate to use Smith Remodeling again and would highly recommend them for any job, large or small."
