"It was labor day and I was trying to get a plumber to help unclog my sewer line. Most of the places I called were telling me it would be 6 or 7 hours. When I called Rooter Man they told me it would be an hour. When Bill arrived he was courteous and considerate. He explained what he was doing, as he was doing it, and made sure I understood the costs before beginning the work. Bill was patient with my questions and very friendly. He fixed the clog, explained why it occurred, offered advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future and recommended some contractors that I could use for the longer term fix he recommended. Basically took a bad day and made it much better. I highly recommend Rooter Man."

"We faced a plumbing emergency on Friday afternoon. The supply line to our bathroom sink sprung a leak, the shutoff valve was corroded shut, and other parts were failing and needed replacement. All of the plumbers we have used previously were unavailable. We called Boss Pro and they came quickly and stopped the leak. They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. "We had an emergency plumbing situation on a Sunday, and Capital Region Plumbing came to the rescue the same day—with no extra fee just to show up! The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He walked me through everything before starting, and again after finishing, so I understood exactly what was done. He discovered a major issue and managed to fix everything that day. They replaced my hot water tank, water main shut-off, and all related plumbing and fixtures for the shower—and got everything outside of the shower plumbing and fixtures done between 5pm and 10pm, including having to go get all the materials they needed in that time frame. His employee was just as thorough and respectful, taking the time to explain and show me each step. They returned the next morning to finish the shower work, and even had someone pick up the old water tank before 9am. "This is my second time utilizing Sergey and his team at V & S Tile LLC. Four years ago, when we first purchased our home, a 1800s farm house we had them retile our floors in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. The floors at the time were horrible and pitched and they did an excellent job on making the floors look beautiful. When it came time to remodel our bathroom we first received a quote from a larger company. We wanted a second quote to compare it to and were happy to find the V & S Tile also did bathroom remodels. Sergey was quick to come out for a quote, took a lot of time to ask all of the important questions, gather measurements, and take photographs. V & S Tile’s quote was several thousands of dollars less than that of the other company. Throughout the length of the project I was impressed by both the hard work and friendly demeanor of V & S’s employees. During the week the only time I really seen them slow down or stop working was when they had conversations with me about the work or the property in general. The group as a whole seemed to take pride in their work and operate like a family business. Upon completion my wife and I were both very pleased with the project. Sergey’s team completed the work ahead of what the larger company had quoted which we were also grateful for as it meant use of the bathroom sooner. Sergey took the time to match the fixtures, door, and trim to that of the rest of the house and the bathroom looked great.
