And as it turns out, 5 minutes after I spoke to Treasure Coast Plumbing, my expansion tank sprang a leak. Treasure Coast replaced my main water shutoff (wasn't working) , my cold inlet side valve to the water heater, and installed a new expansion tank - all for a very reasonable price.
