"Fantastic service. Had a leak over the weekend and asked if they could come out on Monday morning – they said they’d be there at 9:00 AM and even ended up arriving early! "Overall, the job came out very nicely. Since the job did not require access to the inside of our home, there was no need for either of us to be home during installation. The final product was very professionally produced, and both work areas were cleaned very thoroughly. I did contact Bill after construction and he was very helpful.
After construction, I was impressed by BIll's patience. Much was happening in our family at the time and I did not send out payment as quickly as I usually do, but Bill was very patient without being rude or annoying, and I thank him for that.
I know that I will have additional need of a handyman, and I am confident that Bill Neary has the experience and depth of knowledge to handle most jobs. For this reason, I would probably hire him again in the future if the need arises.
