"The installers were very pleasant and detailed in explaining the process. Did not bother them that I would ask them questions while they worked on pulling out old bathtub/shower and installed shower. Jason and Leanna cleaned up after performing job. Job #179059. Brian, sales rep was also courteous and helpful with all questions asked and would respond to my calls and texts quite quickly. Had to do this bc my 97 yr old mom was having lots of trouble getting in bathtub. We are quite pleased at this time."

"He touched the wall and he said it was going back to its original form which the other engineer didn't tell us. He was great and he put his hand down there and it was full of moisture. He put his hand on the original foundation and it crumbled. He has been doing it for a long time and he said run from this house. It would cost about $20000-$30000 to jack up the wall and get the plumbing and electrical work done as well. He didn't really know till he pulled that cinder block and see what was behind there and so he couldn't tell me an exact price."
