"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"Mr. Dave Booth came by to meet with my husband and I. We allowed him to give his entire and quot;presentationand quot;, but never expected it to go on for 3 hours. He is clearly knowledgeable in his field and shared a lot of information with us. However, perhaps I misunderstood what this company does. Basically, he had no interest in helping us remodel the entire bathroom! All he wanted to do was sell us the new kind of shower. We were good sports about it, and cooperated with the whole thing - asking questions and answering his questions about what we would select if we purchased it. We were open to the idea, but came away with an estimate over $10,000 to redo the shower and nothing else in the bathroom! It was a very big disappointment. I am guessing if you want this new kind of shower with the latest materials, it would be great - and expensive. We wanted more than just a shower install, so we would not consider using this company.

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"The installation took a little longer than the installer had anticipated because of a plumbing problem on our end. But he got the issue resolved, and still got the shower installed in one day, and so far we absolutely love it."

"Liev, Earl, and Clayton went right to work and got everything done in a timely fashion. They installed several risers. Showed me pictures and explained what they had done. I could not have crawled in the mud and done what they did."

"Brad came out to service the pump in the basement of the house I rent, he was very helpful. Was willing to explain what was going on with it. Also even after running into some hiccups from other problems within the house he was still willing to help with solutions to get everything working again."

"Saved me a good amount of money. Very knowledgeable and patient. Fixed leak and drain pump"
