I wanted to go from a double sink to a large single. All of the drains had to be redone. Even though he ran into several problems along the way, he stayed calm and professional and came up with needed changes to address them without cobbling together improper parts. "Al's Plumbing is the best. They called me right away when I requested a quote from several plumbers. Al the owner called me. I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! They found an issue that was covered up by the previous owner of my townhouse and I didn't realize the tank was cracked. The plumber came two days before my appointment but was on-time very efficient and found the root cause that I didn't see at all. Even the owner came to help because the toilet had to be replaced.
