"Arrived right on time, and after a quick assessment, got to work. Installed faucet I'd selected, and replaced the cheap plastic, gerry-rigged, flexible ( leaking, when used) drain with appropriate PVC piping. Noted that my shut-off valve on the toilet was sealed shut from calc, which I knew, but had been living with. He had the correct valve wth him, and offered a reasonable price to replace it, so I had this nagging solved conveniently too. Will definitely use Ken in the future."
