"Paul was absolutely fantastic. I had a main sewer line clog backing up into my basement. Paul came out, knew exactly where to access the main line, and cleared the blockage quickly with professional equipment. He pulled out a ton of buildup and completely fixed the issue the right way — not just a temporary patch. On top of that, he was honest, explained everything clearly, and saved me over $400 compared to other plumbing companies told me I would’ve had to pay. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. No upselling, no nonsense — just solid work. If you need a plumber who actually gets the job done, Paul is your guy. Highly recommend and will definitely call him again."

"Kyle installed our walk-in shower and did a fantastic job. It was a very long day for him due to an issue with our plumbing, but he remained positive and kept working methodically to complete the job. He was professional and pleasant during his many trips to and from our 3rd floor bathroom. And, we are very happy with the shower. It looks and works great."

"Workmen were excellent. They asked for direction when appropriate, but otherwise worked independently as a well coordinated team. Finished shower and plumbing is great. No issues whatsoever."

"The representative (plumber named Joey) was very courteous, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I found the company's pricing for the needed repair to be way too high."

"Excellent customer service. Job was done very quickly. Highly recommend. Will be my "immediate go-to" if another plumbing situation occurs."

"Amilcar was professional from the start to the finish. He was efficient too. He was very neat and kept the work area clean. I will certainly call on Diamond Plumbing and Heating again should I need service of the type they provide"

"Williams & Associates installed a Buderus oil-fired boiler and stainless-steel chimney liner. Bruce's design was a significant upgrade over my 35-year-old boiler system. He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. The price was very fair, considering the quality of the work and other estimates I had gotten. I would not hesitate to recommend Williams & Associates."

"Excellent service, clear detailed plans with diagram, and excellent updated sump pump system. I plan to have bilco doors put in my basement entrance by them soon. They are small company that cares about the customer."

"Easy and good service I will recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting work done."

"Chuck, Alex and Naki did a great job. Lots of attention to detail. Walked me me the whole process so I would feel comfortable"
