Our hot water heater, dryer, stove, 2 furnaces, and gas fireplace were all condemned. First he helped us install a temporary electric hot water heater, and then he returned to hook up the dryer and stove. Recently, he made us "House Ready" so that our gas could be turned back on. He advocated for us during the inspection process, and even helped us understanding some of the incorrect work performed by our furnace company.
