"A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. "This company was amazing. They called in under a min of my posting. They were at my house within the hour. Alex and his son were best , courteous plumbers I have met in my life. And I have dealt with many plumbers. They diagnosed the issue, which was major, my entire main drain system from under the house to street failed in multiple areas. House was 71 years old. Original inspection showed some of the issues but not all. They were downplayed by the inspection to help sell the house. Price was in range. The stayed on the job never late each day until complete.
