I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! "I would use this company again. I hired this company to come out for a simple plumbing fix for a toilet issue that actually turned out to be more serious. They found an issue that was covered up by the previous owner of my townhouse and I didn't realize the tank was cracked. The plumber came two days before my appointment but was on-time very efficient and found the root cause that I didn't see at all. Even the owner came to help because the toilet had to be replaced.
