"The plumber installed a Moen shutoff device as required by our insurance company to prevent potential flooding from water line leaks. The work was expertly and professionally done. The office staff was helpful and pleasant to work with and understood what we needed."

"The plumber identified the problem with the toilet quickly and replaced the wax seal. That work was performed fine. We also had a problem with a smelly sink but we were disappointed that he didn't investigate it thoroughly. He looked at it briefly and found something with the dishwasher filter (which according to the dishwasher's manufacturer is normal) but didn't investigate it further and the smell is still there. When we looked online about what to do about a smelly sink one of the suggestions was to call a plumber, so we did, but that didn't work. The biggest reason for the lower rating is that when he presented the invoice there was an added trip charge of $97. When I called to setup the appointment they said there was an hourly fee plus a charge for materials but nobody mentioned a trip charge. A $97 trip charge is a lot of money. Had I known that I would have called someone else."

"Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)"

"I recently had my upstairs Master Bathroom remodeled. I had received (5) separate quotes from contractors during the bid process. With a job so large, I wasnt about to just hire anyone. I researched extensively with the CA - CSLB. I then researched extensively for past reviews clients who had similar work done. During this process, I quickly eliminated three of the five contractors. I could not get three of them to provide me with one past client that could verify their work. So, then It came down to two companies. I asked these two companies a series of questions (see below) and only received a verbal response from one. Needless to say, that was the hired contractor, which was Americas Dream Home Works. 1. How does their material affect the cleaning process, marble, tiles etc...Is their product more on the top-of-the-line side and rating? What are your thoughts about fiberglass? 2. Also, do You Guarantee Your Work? Also if any, what warranty do you provide after everything is all done for materials and installation? Sometimes, water leaks dont tend to show up unless a few months have gone by 3. Do You Carry General Liability Insurance? 4. Do You Carry Workers Compensation Insurance? 5. Do you have any references, which I may speak with for installations that you have completed in this fashion? I figure, if I am remodeling an entire master bathroom, then any bidding contractor should be able to take his/her time and answer these simple questions (above) Work performed (1). Demo to include - removal of double-vanity with counter tops, sinks, faucets. Remove bathtub, medicine cabinet, toilet and tile. (2). Install new pipes for a total reformation for a tub-to-shower-conversion, with new marble walls AND installing new Rain Massage shower fixtures (3). Install new ceiling fan w/electric automatic sensor lighting. (4). Install new double-vanity w/counter tops, sinks, faucets, medicine cabinet, vanity lighting, toilet, tile and baseboards. (5). for the final touches, Eugene painted the bathroom for a brand new look. My project coordinator was Natalie T. She was wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. She was responsive to any questions I had. She kept in touch throughout the remodel process. Now, I cant say enough good things about Eugene. Eugene was the Master Bathroom remodeler who handled, worked, handcrafted and beautified this entire project in a two-week timeframe. Eugene handled everything from dealing with the city inspector during inspections thru the final and passed inspection. I will say one thing about both Natalie and Eugene. During the process of my Master Bathroom remodel, I discovered that my other upstairs bathrooms showerhead began leaking. I asked Eugene if he would be able to replace the shower fixtures along with replacing new faucets . I thought, why research and hire a plumber and why not ask Eugene (well aware of his expertise) with the Master Bathroom remodel. Eugene was first sk"

"Recently, needing a new shower installed in place of a bathtub, I looked for a local to do the job. Angie’s list generated Celebrity Tile, with Anthony Spavone as owner and licensed contractor. From the very first contact—which was prompt, I found Tony to be clear, knowledgeable, prompt and timely, staying to the schedule we agreed, knowing how to do all parts of the job or getting help as needed. He was fast and neat, reliable, able to step in and cope if I was not sure of some detail. When at the end we needed one more thing done, he sent a worker, without charge, to get the job done and—when asked, that worker managed one other trouble spot in the household plumbing as well. Celebrity Tile and Mr. Spavone: Highly recommended!"

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"I've never done any remodeling to my house or had any work other than the occasional plumber or handyman. When I decided to completely makeover my bathroom, I felt a little overwhelmed. At America's Dream HomeWorks, it is a one-stop-shop. They take care of everything! You go to their incredible showroom and browse through flooring, tiles, quartz slabs, faucets, sinks, tubs, color schemes, etc. and pick out exactly what you want. (You can also go online with your consultant and shop for particular items - I found a hand-painted glass bowl sink and matching waterfall faucets.) The wonderful thing about a one-stop-shop remodel is you don't have to worry about anything. ADH ordered all the materials, brought them to my house, demolished my existing bathroom and took the rubble with them, and scheduled inspector visits. Beware of the lure of lower-priced competitors: I guarantee you their quote will not include everything ADH will do. Do you really want to demolish your own bathroom? Do you want to take the chance on ordering a bathtub that doesn't exactly fit or arrives broken? Your responsibility means it's your dime. Let your remodeler take care of it all. It's a breeze.  During the remodel, Alex and Vlad were extremely neat and tidy. They protected my narrow hallways and beige carpet - and they never complained about my very steep staircase. Imagine lugging a cast-iron tub down the stairs with just two people! Since I'd never done any remodeling before, I expected the noise to be ear-splitting, but the guys were surprisingly quiet. Sometimes I wouldn't hear any activity and, thinking they were on a lunch break, I'd trot upstairs to take a peek at the progress. There they were, hammering away! Construction from my neighbor's house was louder than my own bathroom. I have had a certain style in mind for several years, and now I have my dream bathroom! Everything looks beautiful and I got exactly what I wanted. ADH was professional and very eager and happy to make my remodel experience easy and fun. Particularly during the 2020 pandemic, ADH handled everything very well. My contract from the pre-pandemic months was honored, there were no hidden fees or late penalties, and everything was in-stock and ready to go when the country opened back up again. Phone calls with Julie over the past months, talking with Alex and Vlad at the house every day, it made it seem like ADH was part of the family. This was not the "typical contractor" experience I was expecting. Everyone gave a little extra oomph to make sure I was in love with my bathroom. Thank you!"

"????? I can?t say enough good things about The Water Heater Guyz! Our water heater stopped working, and they were able to get us taken care of much faster than we expected. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what our options were. The installation was done quickly, and you could tell they take pride in their work. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left and even cleaned up the area when they were finished. It?s refreshing to find a company that?s honest, reliable, and doesn?t try to upsell you on things you don?t need. The price was fair, the service was outstanding, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you need a water heater repaired or replaced, I highly recommend The Water Heater Guyz. I?ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!"
