"Our dryer was not working so I called them on a Monday. They were able to come on the Thursday of that week. I got a call on Thursday morning letting me know when the technician would be coming. He showed up at the specified time and made the repairs. He had the part he needed in the truck. I am not sure if this was luck or because I gave them the model number ahead of time. At any rate, he was very professional and worked efficiently and quickly. The service call price seemed a bit high, but since I didn't get any other estimates, it's hard to tell."
