"I had a plumbing need in my basement. It was a leaky sewer drain stack. I contacted two different companies thru Angi's list. Both came to look at the job and quote it. John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. He was very professional, quick and did it right. Thank you Angi's list. I called them to verify his reviews. He is a 5 star plumber. I would definitely recommend him. John N"

"J&O Plumbing is professional and they provide quality work. Not only did install a tankless hot water heater for us, they also got rid of some older plumbing that needed replacing, installed our new garbage disposal, connected our new sink & dishwasher as well overhauled our bathroom plumbing and installed new fixtures! They were on time, courteous and the quality of work was excellent and they are very fair with pricing."

"It was a pleasure working with Steve. I live in a 115 year old house, which had some significant, complex plumbing issues. Steve arrived on time with a smile. He stayed all day until the situation was completely corrected. Then he cleaned up nicely. His fee was very reasonable, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional plumber."

"We recommend Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical without reservation. Kyle, the owner, delivered excellent service with a professional, courteous, caring attitude and impressive follow-through in all phases of our interaction. We found him, his employee, Eric, and their office manager (Kyle’s aunt) to be uniformly great to work with: from first contact, through assessment and estimate, to work completion. They all impressed us with their professional attitudes. We needed a new toilet, since the one we inherited constantly malfunctioned. We have a septic system so we wanted to make sure we installed something that would not strain our system but would work reliably for years. Although I had researched options for a month, I wanted to hear what a professional would say. We asked Kyle for advice. He inspired confidence during the discussion. He recommended a great fixture, and the toilet installation was done on time, efficiently, and cleanly. He and Eric left the bathroom neat and without any kind of debris, and even though the day of installation was raining heavily there was no mess at all from coming in and out—they treated our property with respect and consideration. We are seniors, and we are paying for this work out of Social Security — so the small discount they offer was welcome, but, even more importantly, the work estimate was accurate too. No “sticker shock.” So far, we are very happy with the new setup. Kyle’s business is a small one, but a more reliable and courteous business than some of the bigger outfits we have had in the past. Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. What a pleasure, then, to recommend Kyle’s Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical. They provide an professional service from start to finish."

"Very professional. On time. They could do the whole water heater installation, plumbing and electrical. They were just priced quite a bit more than a plumber and electrician separately. Will contact them for other work."

"I would give him ten stars. He did a fabulous job. He gave me a fair price. He filled me in every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He cleaned up every day. I think he loved my vacuum. I trusted him with my home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He replaced my pump up system in my downstairs bathroom. He had to dig two feet below my foundation. He took out the old shower and installed a new one. He replaced my sink. I told everyone in my family if they need plumbing work to use him."

"Fast, courteous, and affordable. I am very happy with the work and would absolutely recommend Joe (and his team) for anyone looking to get their water heater replaced."
Schedule a plumbing inspection every one to two years to ensure your system is in good working order. Regular inspections can help you catch minor issues before they become costly problems, like major water damage repairs. You should also consider a plumbing inspection when buying or selling a home or if you notice signs of a plumbing issue. Staying proactive with maintenance can save you money and stress in the long run.
A plumbing inspection for a standard one-story to two-story home takes between two and three hours. For larger residences, historic homes, or rental complexes, a complete inspection requires a full-day commitment of eight hours. However, this does not account for any necessary repairs that your plumber might find, so it’s best to set aside additional time during the inspection in case an unexpected repair comes up.
When built with quality materials, your plumbing system endures for decades. CPVC, brass, iron, and steel provide reliable service for 50 to 70 years, while copper extends durability up to 100 years, and PEX maintains performance for 80 to 100 years. Maintaining this system with regular inspections and prompt repairs guarantees long-term efficiency.
You should repipe your home when your plumbing exceeds its expected lifespan or uses hazardous materials like lead, polybutylene, or galvanized steel. Persistent leaks, corrosion, and compromised water quality signal that your existing piping no longer meets safety standards. Repiping eliminates potential health risks and prevents extensive water damage.
