Hope Plumbing not only was quick to arrive and stop the leak so we could restore water to the rest of our home but they also recommended a great restoration company to prevent further mold growth and ensure our home was clean and safe. Over the multi week project, Hope Plumbing was super accommodating as they worked alongside the restoration team, general contractors and the granite company. They also discovered an issue with our sump pump - something completely unrelated to what they had come for, but ultimately saved us from a more significant damage. We’re always quick to recommend them and they’ll always be our preferred plumber!"

"Once the ground thawed, we noticed a "spring" of water coming up from the ground.  We thought a pipe may have busted during the unusually cold winter.  We contacted CJ Welling after business hours.  They were very polite and told us what the next steps should be.  They said they would see if they could get out the next morning.  Around 7:30am we saw a guy marking the properties from 811 Dig and around 8am a 2 man crew arrived with heavy equipment and ready for work.  They had to dig up the yard to get to the well and replace the pipe.  They also had to get into the crawlspace to work as well.  He showed me things about our water softener and compression tank that I did not know before to help with pressure in the house.  I feel like they went above and beyond.  They worked hard without any breaks.  Considering it was a whole day and they had to use the heavy machinery, I felt like $1200 was a great price.  The entire process was easy and professional and would recommend reaching out to them.  If we need work again, we will certainly call them.

"I made an appointment and it was a huge window to have for availability which was from 12-6. I felt like they could narrow it down better, however, they ended up calling me at almost 4 in the afternoon and rescheduled because their plumbers weren't getting done with their jobs for the day in time to make it to my appointment. I had them come out the next morning and the quote they gave me was $200 more than my previous plumber but I had already taken off work to be available for the previous day and would have lost more than the $200.00 to take off again for another appointment. So I had them go ahead and do the work. They did a nice job, but it wasn't any better than my previous plumber. Not worth the time or money"

The plumbing and fixtures were Moen quality. We are very happy with the installation. My husband is elderly and the old shower was dangerous. This new one is so good we can't wait to try it out.
