"Mark is a wonderful guy. I have someone installed a water cartridge to the bath tub to stop the water dripping but he did not adjust the temperature so I end up just with warm water not hot water. He refused to come back and adjust it. I found Mark, he came the same and adjust it. Now I have hot water. On top of that, he went an extra mile, tightened the bath tub sprout and adjust my water pressure regulator. What a wonderful experience."

"Chuck and Harrison came out and spent a lot of time working on trying to meet my budget requirements. I believe they left no stone unturned on trying to work something out that would meet my needs. They were both fun to work with and understanding of the financial constraints I had to work within. Unfortunately, we were ultimately unable to come to terms, but it was definitely not for lack of effort on their part; my budget was just too tight. I would recommend this company as I believe their products are superior to the others, their salespeople (at least Chuck and Harrison!) are friendly, honest and dedicated, and I sincerely wish I could have worked with them for my roofing project."

"Tim and Kylar pinpointed our water problem. They were fast, efficient, professional, good communicators, knowledgeable, impressive. Like a magnet, Tim went to the heart of the problem, which was water overflowing behind the drywall from water being pumped out by our sump pump. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged line and recommended that we call a drain company, not a plumber, to have them come out and clear the line. Kylar provided on the spot assistance to Tim. They solved our problem. It gave us great relief and we're very grateful to them for it. Don and Dixie"
