"This was a complicated project involving removal of an electric meter and gas meter, installing a new electric panel, disconnecting and removing a stove, dishwasher, sink, installing a new water heater and removing two old ones;and also capping a gas line and finding and fixing leaks in the gas lines. The work crews arrived on time, were courteous and good humored, and finished in the allotted three days, with minimum disruption to the family's routine. The charges were the ones included in the estimates, with no extra costs. The company took care of filing the necessary permits and scheduling the necessary inspections by the utilities and town building inspectors. All of this was taken care of with the utmost proficiency. The company has an after-hours phone line for employees to get in touch with tech support when needed. But the most important thing from my perspective was the fact that the workers seemed to enjoy their work and all of them put in 12-hour days, when some of them could have left at a normal hour because they were not needed to "finish up." They just wanted to be around in case they were needed. Finally, the office staff was immediately responsive to phone calls and messages. We were also happy to have found one company to take care of the entire project, both the electric and the plumbing. This company is the best I have ever worked with."

"I have not used this company before and have had no prior involvement with them. Based on their prior excellent reviews, I called them with my problem at approximately 10:00 AM. They had a serviceman "Paul" at my house by I:00 PM. He diagnosed the problem and he quoted a price immediately. We agreed on the price. He told me that we would do it the next day. He arrived with a helper "Tyler"on time with everything he needed to do the repair. Both Paul and Tyler were extremely professional and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat."

"I was immediately impressed when I met with Eric, the owner of Just Rite Heating and Cooling. He and one of the men on his crew walked through my home and took notes as they measured each room. They checked the electrical panel to be sure it would accommodate a central air conditioning unit and they went outside to see where to place it. Later that night Eric emailed an estimate that was very detailed and reasonably priced. The day of the install was great. I was worried about the amount of dust that would come from cutting new vent holes in the ceiling. But they used drop cloths to cover everything and, just to be sure, they vacuumed everything once finished. My house was cleaner then it was before they arrived. Talk about a bonus! I was impressed with Eric's professionalism. He was always nice and patient. He answered all of my questions and he also asked questions to know my preferences and make sure I was informed every step of the way. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend Eric and his team. I just love that every room in my house is finally nice and cool. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get central Air! Thanks guys. "Carl was very trustworthy, upfront, and knowledgeable about our plumbing situation. We had a problem when the washing machine would drain it would drain right into the kitchen sink and bubble up and overflow with dirty washing machine water. He snaked it all the way to the main drain and even came back the next day because we then discovered our toilet was defective and leaking from the bottom the next morning. He advised us to return it to Home Depot and didn't charge us for coming back and replacing it. Very honest man willing to come anytime day or night without charging extra. Reasonably priced and just a good guy not trying to scam homeowners like many plumbers do."

"Joe was extremely helpful from our first conversation on the telephone before I even hired him. He gave me pertinent information to present to my previous service contract company. When I was no longer satisfied with them I called Joe and asked him to come in for an evaluation. He spent almost three hours here checking everything in detail before he said we had no choice but to replace our natural gas boiler for safety reasons...are CO was out of the roof. He ordered our boiler which was delivered the next day and they were here the day after that. The installation went without a hitch. They replaced every single part going to the new boiler plus reconfigured the plumbing. Once the installation was done he checked and rechecked everything and ran another combustion test which was perfect. I believe the price was fair especially for the amount of time needed to complete this process. I can without any reservation recommend Moore Services for your HVAC needs. They will also be doing my maintenance from now on!"

"Found Waterheaters.com on Home Advisor. Nate and Eddie came out after Nat Grid turned off the gas to the house due to gas leaks. They gave us an estimate about the work that had to be done (replace corroded pipes that were leaking, as well as a bad riser outside the house by the meter that was made of galvanized steel and was corroded as well as stuck through concrete.) The riser was replaced with the proper piping material and re-routed through the house into the basement. They then had to do a pressure test and isolate the main leak, which turned out to be galvanized pipe that went to our heated garage. That pipe was done 20 years ago by someone else and should never have been used, as I learned from Nate and Eddie that galvanized pipe corrodes. It lasted 20 years but it was the main issue so they had to disconnect it from the system and cap it off. Nate and Eddie told us that our options to get heat to the garage are to use the proper piping (and showed us how they would do that without having to dig up our patio and lawn) and also mentioned going with Propane and getting a conversion kit for the existing Modine heaters in the garage. They also repaired all the leaks (there were many) by replacing the piping in the basement that goes from the furnace, stove and hot water heater. They were very professional, courteous, on time, and clean. Great work ethic. They took the time to explain things to us and they got the job done in a timely fashion. The cost was not bad. I was expecting to pay much more. I had 4 estimates - 2 lower and one much higher. At the end of the day, I felt that they were the best for this job as they impressed me with their knowledge and expertise. They also didn't give me a 10 minute estimate but were here for a good 40 minutes during the estimate. I had a good vibe about them from the get go when I spoke to Harvey. He also was very courteous and professional on the phone and while I had 3 prior estimates, no one really stood out the way Harvey did and that was on the phone. After Harvey sent Nate and Eddie for the estimate, I knew I wanted to hire them for this job. I will say that I was quoted 875.00 by one company, 1000.00 for another and 1900.00 by another company. The cost from Waterheaters.com was 1200.00. I say this because it wasn't just about getting the "lowest" cost. We obviously didn't take the lower ones. It was more about feeling that the job would be done right. That was the feeling I had from the beginning and it proved to be spot on. Thank you, Nate and Eddie, for providing excellent service. They were prompt and did a great job from start to finish. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND WATERHEATERS.COM to anyone who needs this kind of service."
