"I had a leak in my bathtub after a day of cleaning. It was more than inconvenient, so I reached out to Angie’s List and Harold at Zbest Plumbing was one of the recommended on the list. He called me and was extremely friendly and offered to come the next day. I was very desperate and agreed to hold off until the next day so I could compare some prices and clean up after trying to fix the problem on my own. He then offered to come right then and there after thinking about it to at least look at the issue and decided to make me an offer so good I couldn’t turn it down and managed to not only remove the old pipes and shoe that was stuck under the tub but replace the entire system in a matter of hours. He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure everything is fully working before leaving. The issue has been completely resolved.
