He is responsive, prompt, efficient, skilled, likable, polite, thorough. I could go on. He and his brother are articulate, they explain everything, they are just complete pros. He went above and beyond coordinating with SoCal gas company as well. I inspected the job when they were done and everything was done to perfection and it came with a warranty guaranteeing his work. I concur with other reviewers, Felix and All American Plumbing is going to be the go-to plumber. He's a rare breed these days. It was for a very old and leaky exterior water faucet, so it became apparent it was not going to be a simple replacement.
