Answered all my questions and even took care of a leaky pipe and hooked up my icemaker on my fridge in addition to installing two new faucets. It only took them an hour. When the time came for me to pay the bill I was very pleasantly surprised. I would hire Collins Sanitary again w/o hesitation and would highly recommend them."

Same day service performed once I discovered this morning I had a problem with house/well pressure. Essentially, the "T" fitting that was installed in 2008, by another company along with new pump, had rusted a hole thru it on backside of fitting (galvanized). Pump was running constantly unable to build up pressure.

 Installer replaced with a brass fitting (pulling pipe up from well) and made corrections to how the vertical and horizontal pipes were aligned/supported.

They were very friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. I even got a follow up call after service was completed. Found on Angie's list and was not disappointed. In the event I need further service, they get the

"We hired Matt and his team to do a full bathroom remodel. Our main bathroom space is very small with limited ability to expand. Matt took our basic ideas and worked to come up with a new design that would increase space and still be within code. He was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. There were some areas where we had some very specific design goals in mind and Matt worked extremely hard to make sure we were always pleased with the end result. The remodel involved removing an old unused chimney to free up space and when an unforeseen issue arose with some built up soot being released into our basement, Matt very quickly and professionally worked to clean and resolve the situation. The job was completed in a timely manner and with minimal interruption to our daily routine. Matt always kept us updated with what they had accomplished and what they would be doing next. "We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"I called and spoke to Joe when our water heater broke and their company was able to get us on the schedule for the next day. The other plumber’s we called were 4-10 days out for service. He took the time to go over the different water heater brands they sell and the different warranty’s. Joe also gave us a very fair total price which included everything including hauling away the old water heater. Jim showed up on time the next day even calling to let me know he was on time. The install went perfect Jim kept me informed during the whole process. When he was done he went over the job with me to make sure I was happy and he covered operation and maintenance of the water heater. They are a full service plumbing but dedicate a couple of trucks to only do water heater installs which after finding out there is such a long wait to get one installed ( I called 6 other places) is a great idea. Joe was great very fair price ( with no sneaky up charges) great commutation from both Joe and Jim and Jim’s install job was top notch. We would absolutely not think twice to recommend them to all family and friends and we intend to use them for all future plumbing needs."

"Top Bros Construction sure did a top-notch job on my bathroom remodel project! I initially called them because I had a leaking toilet that had damaged the hardwood floor and sub-floor in my bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it with a new sub-floor and ceramic tile. I was concerned about how the newly-tiled bathroom would transition into the hardwood floor in the hall outside. Cesar, one of the company's owners, assured me that he and his crew would make it a seamless transition and as the attached picture shows, they did. They also provided the labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lighting fixture and accessories in the bathroom including dry-wall repair and re-painting after removing the old fixtures. They brought in a plumber, Roque 's Plumbing and Sewer, to assess the water damage and to professionally install the new sink and toilet. Any concerns or questions I had as the project progressed were answered promptly and professionally. I really appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me at any time and all work was discussed and approved by me before it started. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without reservation. They are not satisfied until their customer is satisfied. Terrific experience!"
