"I was amazed at how quickly the company responded to our questions and actually came out to look at the well. When the serviceman, Ezra, determined that there was a hole in the pipe leading to the well as well as a 20+ year old pump, he gave us several options as to how to address the problem from simply replacing the pipe, to replacing the pump and the pipe, to capping the well and hooking up to city water, each with its pluses and minuses.When he replaced the pump he decided to pull it from the ground by hand rather than driving his truck over the lawn Wow! He seemed to have more respect for our needs than his own! I would use this company again for any service that they perform and would definitely recommend them to others. They are great!"

"We just completed our second project with MH Renovations (Matt & Celina) and are about to begin our third. From the very beginning of the project Matt and Celina were willing to work with us and answer every question we had and every design suggestion we asked them to weigh in on. With our home renovation we were out of our house for over a month and MH Renovations and their subcontractors were in our house 6 days a week. After weeks of Matts crews being in our home and stopping by to see the progress it felt like everyone was family. "I initially called back in March of last year inquiring what it would cost to replace my water heater. I'd gotten quotes from 2 other plumbers/ plumbing companies. Premier Services contacted via phone then via text. Very, very easy to communicate with, and they kept in contact with me at least twice within the last year, but not in an annoying or pushy way. Their quote was at least $300 cheaper than the other competitors. Still with quality product, Rheem. They also offered a lot of varieties with different warranty options. Jim installed my new water heater, very nice man. Kept me in the loop of how things were going with taking out the old heater (I like to know these things). Was in and out in 2 hours. It's so nice to have hot water again!! Would definitely recommend."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture.
