"We had absolutely the best experience using this company. It was an emergency and they god out here as fast as they could. The man I spoke with on the phone, Zach was quite literally the nicest guy and completely understood my problem. The employees who came out, Ed and Daniel were equally as friendly. Came in and got the job done fast and efficiently. I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs. "We are a commercial business. I needed a plumber. Remedy answered the call. The company kept me informed regarding their scheduled show up time. Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. Well, guess what! Chris figured out the problem with the automatic flusher was related to bad batteries. Guess what they charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. NOTHING!!! $0.00!!! Who does that? In these times, it's refreshing to see a service company like Remedy Plumbing be the honest contractor!!! My faith in these guys, Chris and his supervisor, Eric, is off the charts!!! Remedy Plumbing, Chris the Plumber and Eric the Boss, I thank you!!! I will definitely call you when we have another plumbing issue!!! Scotty"

"sales rep was no nonsense and didn't waste our time with talking up their service, which I appreciate greatly. Workers were all very nice, efficient and cleaned up everything well. Soon after we had the same water flooding our garage, they came back w/o problem replaced area witha solid wall opposed to previos open wall, still continued to flood, they sent out original rep who quoted another $1100 to add more drainage system where i originally pointed out i suspected was part of the trouble. After speaking with HA rep and owner only the owner finally agreed to add the extra piece as I pointed out THEY told us what was done would fix the issue and we didn't mind paying a small additional fee. They added the extra piece and still now after more heavy rains we have water coming in even though it is greatly reduced and yet city inspector states it's not their problem either, so i guess it's just an unfixable problem created by God??? It's a 30+ old subdivision but still fairly flat, God help anyone needing a system ina really hilly property."

"We had a problem with our garage flooding every time it rained hard. We had tried everything we knew to no avail. Randy came out and gave us an estimate. I really liked him and his recommendations and said, "Let's do it." When the workmen got here, they changed Randy's recommendation of a sump pump to a drain flow that included pop-up drains. The men worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will not know if the drain system works until it rains, but all indications are that our home will not be safe and dry."

"The rep was extremely thorough, spending over an hour examining my house, and describing solutions to both the apparent problems, and the underlying water issues causing them. Installed a total of 5 piers, realigned the chimney, and several hard-pipe buried downspout extensions. The work team was very efficient, described everything they were doing, thoughtful (eg, offered an option which avoided the initial plan to dig up/under a sidewalk), and professional. It was not the least expensive bid, but far and away the most detailed."
