"We are a commercial business. I needed a plumber. Remedy answered the call. The company kept me informed regarding their scheduled show up time. Chris, the plumber, was up front with the recommended repair and the cost to fix. He was very professional!!! They gave me three options and provided a cost estimate for each option. Well, guess what! Chris figured out the problem with the automatic flusher was related to bad batteries. Guess what they charged me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. NOTHING!!! $0.00!!! Who does that? In these times, it's refreshing to see a service company like Remedy Plumbing be the honest contractor!!! My faith in these guys, Chris and his supervisor, Eric, is off the charts!!! "We had a problem with our garage flooding every time it rained hard. We had tried everything we knew to no avail. Randy came out and gave us an estimate. I really liked him and his recommendations and said, "Let's do it." When the workmen got here, they changed Randy's recommendation of a sump pump to a drain flow that included pop-up drains. The men worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will not know if the drain system works until it rains, but all indications are that our home will not be safe and dry."
