Comment: This would be in a condo. We have an existing bathroom. Adjacent to that bathroom is a hallway -- and in the hallway are a stackable washer/dryer and a linen closet. I am thinking that the washer/dryer/linen closet area can become a second bathroom (shower; toilet; sink) and that the wall in the existing bathroom can be modified to include a door that leads to the master bedroom (thus, a private entrance from the MBR to the first bathroom, and the second bathroom accessible to guests. Problem: limited budget -- but my thought is that since the plumbing is adjacent this should cut down dramatically on the cost. Please advise.
