"They were quick, professional and responsive. Answered all questions quickly. He even came out on a holiday (July 4th) just to give an estimate. And they were cheaper than other estimates. Would absolutely hire again for any plumbing needs."

"Been having septic tank failure and had to get it pumped twice this year and it was filling close to the top again. I called them last second and were able to have technician come next day and were able to perform work the following day after that. They even drained the septic dank while there, saving me from paying for it to be drained by another plumbing service. While working on the new drain field ($4000 for 3 bdrm house) that they were hired to install, they noticed the septic tank had been rotting (must be at least 50 years old and was made of cinderblock) and needed to be replaced. The new tank would add on another $3000. Under the ground there was a pvc pipe going from my house towards the backyard but was serving no purpose. As they dug with the tractor they damaged it and broke it open, I noticed it broken while they were working but did not care because it was not harming anything. Once I paid the invoice, I noticed they charged me $300 for repairing the pipe they broke and that I did not need or request for being fixed. Thought that should be mentioned. They did very good work in a short amount of time. I am not sure if the work was worth the price, if it is then they are great but I woke up that day expecting to spend $4000 and ended up spending $7,300 and suspect there could have been less expensive solutions if I were more knowledgeable about septic systems, but alteast I can be certain I have a septic system that is more than operational and should be fine for decades."

"These guys came when they said they would, looked everything over completely before giving me a price to do the work. They did the work quickly and made repairs over and above what was needed because they felt it was necessary and didn't change the price quoted. They cleaned the site up completely and were exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend these plumbers to anyone."

"Ethical plumbing did a fantastic job on the customer service side and the repair side. Alisha, the rep who contacted me on a Friday evening almost immediately after starting my search was pleasant and efficient. She made it possible for me to get service the next day. Michael showed up as scheduled Saturday morning for what I thought was just going to be an estimate but to my surprise was able to complete the job that day! And this wasnâ t an easy undertaking. It Involved digging, cutting lines, valve replacement for a leak behind the city meter. These guys are the real deal! I thought the price was a bit higher than I thought it may be, but the value received made me comfortable with it. Same day service, done professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend Ethical plumbing. "I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water.  I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money.  When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday.  He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem.  He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church.  He promised to be there at a certain time and was.  He was professional.  I would recommend to my friends and family."

"I have never worked with more intelligent, professional, and kind experts. He communicated beautifully and always answered questions with knowledge and ease. I tried for 4 years to find a plumber that would fix a horrible problem that a terrible contractor created and this was the first plumber that knew exactly what to do. I am so grateful and impressed. I trust them and will continue to call on only them for plumbing. Thank you!!!"
