"Rich is fantastic.  Knowledgeable, fair and honest. He's also very accommodating.  I found him when another company told me I'd have to wait several days for an appointment. Rich squeezed me in the day I called.  He also helped me find the valve to turn off the water to the fridge in case it happened again - which none of the other companies ever suggested even after repeatedly servicing the fridge for the same issue.
5 months it happened again - and I turned off the water to stop the leaking.  Today he was back to fix it again and to help me come to terms that it's time to buy a new fridge.  I'm getting a new one this week.
