"Valley plumbing responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came the next day. Taylor, the plumber, arrived early and was friendly, polite and courteous. "Ive been using Terry for anything plumbing related since 2012. I've had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line. Currently, I have a leak in my main water line between my house and the sidewalk... and I'm sure it's going to be awesome. Terry is great with my mother and my dogs. Love him and happy to have him to call or text whenever I need him. Also, always works me in fast even with my difficult schedule. :)"

"Although the service provider was very prompt in both communication and arrival and the work was done as outlined, the pricing on a per/hour basis is ridiculous. I priced out the three parts used which at retail would not exceed $150. The time to perform the three repairs took the plumber 1.5 hrs. That’s $600 for 1.5 hours of work or $400/hr.!
Being in the residential trade business myself, charging my clients a fair hourly rate plus materials has kept me in business for over 17 years.
Had I been able to find an available, independent plumber, charging a reasonable $120-$150/hr rate, my bill would have been around $375.
I will keep looking for that trusted, independent plumber - not one of these larger companies that employ multiple people, pay for expensive advertising and a fleet of trucks!"

"Jeremy contacted me back on a Sunday shortly after we posted here. I could hear his family in the background, so we are grateful he took the time for us. Josh came out the next morning pretty sharp to the time agreed. After walking us through the options he went off to get the new hot water tank. After about an hour he was back with it and we hauled it down our snow covered side entrance together. Josh had it installed in no time and even discovered a mistake a previous plumber had made last year around the area. That helped him diagnose a problem we were having with our water filtration system. The cost of the install and haul away was average, but the service was great and we would definitely have them out for plumbing again."

"Khaing did a wonderful job installing my tankless water heater and water softener. Alma provided great customer service regarding my two showers.
