Crew #2 drilled the new well and set the casing. They were very concerned that it was located in the right place and that the mess could be contained. Crew #3 did the directional drilling to get the line to the house. A couple problems arose which they dealt with. Crew #4 installed the pump and plumbing and got us up and running. Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. With the chrome and stainless steel looks amazing.Glad got bench seat in back.So can sit and shower .With shower hose extension."

"One of the two questions I asked when buying our home, does basement have water issues? Well, first week living there it sure did after getting hit with a 100-year storm, it flooded pretty good. The water was coming up from under the floor. Our house was built in 1930 and did not have a sump pump. After 2-3 times of the basement flooding and working an additional 8-10 hours after working all day, my wife and I figured we need to do something about this. These guys came in took measurements, and were very clear on what the scope of work they were going to do. They explained everything and answered all our questions and concerns. The work was done in about a week. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and the option to have financing is nice since we did not have that money sitting around at the moment. During demo/install a water pipe had been damaged and was leaking/dripping very little. We called them about it and no questions asked they had hired a plumber to come to fix it. I liked how they asked for permission on certain things like location of the wells out in the yard and a few other things."
