"Jud knows his stuff and is quick and efficient. He is also very responsive and will get your job done when you need it and when he says he will. This is our 3rd or 4th time calling him back for something new and he will continue to be our go to guy for anything plumbing. I won't let anyone else in the house if it relates to plumbing, there IS a difference depending on who you go with, I've been on the other side of this when Jud wasn't doing the work."

"Did a wonderful job on the kitchen faucet I would hire again"

"The plumber came a half hour early and performed the installation in a very efficient way. We were very satisfied with every part of the installation."

"Love Haines Drains Plumbing!!! They answered the phone, didn't let it go to voicemail😊👍. They were able to come out the same. wow! Excellent technicians gave an estimate, explained everything. Highly recommend them."

"Scheduling, logistics and appointment arrival were prompt. Technician was very knowledgeable and helped select the correct size and type of water heater. Didn’t try and upsell an entire new plumbing system or anything. Would use again for both primary home and rental property."

"Very Knowledgeable, Proficient, Friendly, and professional. Very honest as well. Will never use another plumber."

"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"

"Bathworks did a great job installing our new soaker tub and shower. We love that the crew asked us on our preferred placement of fixtures throughout the process and they were in and out within one day! The customer support team is there in case of any issues, although we did not have any. We love our upgraded tub and use it all the time! Would highly recommend Bathworks."

"We met with Cody for a quote this afternoon and we were really impressed with his knowledge and explaining what needs to be done for our project. He had good suggestions and checked out all the plumbing that would be included in the project. We appreciated the communication as to his arrival time!"

"The job was completed within the designated time frame and for less than the original bid. Mark is easy to work with, professional, prompt, and an excellent communicator. We had a limited time frame in which to complete the job (before the start of the summer season). When we decided to change one aspect of the project, Mark accommodated our request and made alternate arrangements immediately to address the modification. Scope of project: Mark remodeled a bathroom, installed carpeting on 2 sets of stairs, repaired a plumbing valve in a 2nd story bathroom, installed Cortek flooring on 1st floor and refinished hardwood flooring on the 2nd floor."
