"We asked Eric’s Plumbing to help us out with setting two toilets after the tile people installed new tile in two bathrooms . We were surprised when the tile people removed the toilets but would not replace the toilets once they were complete with new ceramic tile. We have four kids so we needed the toilets reset. On a Friday afternoon Eric came to our home and set the two toilets within three hours of our first contact with him. HE IS AWESOME."

"White Glove called me minutes after requesting a quote thru Angi. They had a plumber out first thing the next morning. He quickly replaced our faucet and the work looks great! They charged the quoted price, which was lower than some other companies quoted. Awesome service, will use again for future plumbing needs."

"David was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and walked me through all the new cutoff values. My whole house has to have new pipes due to the old pipes were not up to code. They stop letting people use them in 1994 . He was very reasonable on price and I would hire him again."

"Jason responded quickly to my project request on Angi to clear our main drain. He and Damian used a camera to show us the years of buildup causing the clog and discovered a damaged joint where tree roots had worked their way into the pipe. They wasted no time getting our drains back in working order. They also scheduled a follow-up visit to replace the damaged joint and the section of pipe affected by the roots. I appreciate their prompt response, excellent service, and professionalism, and I’m glad we found them!"

"The gentleman was very honest and helpful. He had me send him pictures of the problem and he talked me through the problem. Unfortunately, my smelly plumbing did not have an easy solution. No clogs or leaks could be found. He was honest with me and told me that I was wasting my time with a plumber and possible it was a dead animal behind the cabinet. He did not take my money for his opinion and I appreciate that. Will call him again if I have a real plumbing problem."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. My new go to company for all things wells."

"I appreciate the services that were given to me by Nicholas Welch and his men I was in dire need of a good plumber and I was lucky enough to find him. He’s great."

"I have used this company many times for electrical and plumbing issues. I can get fast appointments. The technicians are always very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Everything was 5-star except for Customer Service. I originally made an appointment via Home Advisor and was told when BF Plumbing called that the time was not available and that a “time window” was required. So made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 10-2pm. At 2:30pm I called asking where the plumber was and was told I was not on the schedule. Not happy spending 4.5 hours to find that out the day of the appointment. Spoke with someone at BF Plumbing who took down all the information about the job to be done etc......so don’t understand the mishap. Other than that they showed up the next day and did a great job."
