"First Thought Plumbing's Kenny is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, pleasant and offers affordable and reasonable rates for his great service. I searched for a plumber yesterday and he was the first to call and respond to my need. He came on time, he knows what to do, very responsive to inquires via phone or text. Amazing, professional worker who won't price gouge or try to upsell you. Recommendable! Thanks Kenny!"

"My elderly Mother who lives about 30 miles away from me in Atwater Village, discovered a leak from her water heater. She told me that a friend of hers recommended a plumber. Like all Sonâ s I thought oh great, some plumber is going to come out and try and take advantage of her and charge her for unnecessary stuff. Nothing can be further from the truth. She called Giovanni from CHAJON PLUMBING. It was a Friday night (6:30 PM) and he said he would be at her house as soon as possible. Giovanni literally showed up within an hour, thoroughly explained to Her what needed to be fixed, and spoke to me on the phone to explain what the issues were. He said he would go get the parts and hurry back to fix the leak. He quoted us a very reasonable price and ultimately fixed the leak. He was so honest and kind that we had him come back to take care of some other plumbing issues that were neglected and we wanted fixed. I canâ t say enough about Giovanni, he is the upmost Professional. He loves his job, and it shows with the quality of his work. He kept us posted on when parts were available and when he would come over. If we ever had a question we would text him, and he would respond back immediately. If youâ re looking for a GREAT, honest, hard working plumber please give GIOVANNI CHAJON from CHAJON Plumbing a call. You wonâ t be disappointed!"

"Excellent service. The plumber, Tony, was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help restoring the plumbing I took apart myself. A thumb up! I will use the service again!"

"I called 10 plumbers. Some flaked, some couldnâ t come same day or I had to speak to multiple dispatches and it was inefficient. These guys came out within the hour and fixed our issue in no time. Iâ m telling everyone!"

"Patrick and Mitch came out right away to look at my plumbing needs. Sent links to possible replacement faucets to choose from. This is a family owned business which I love. Have no hesitations about using them again or referring them to my friends and family."

"Great. The plumber arrived right on time and got to work quickly. The fees were very reasonable - I had braced for much worse, and I got a discount b/c of the Angie's List membership. Highly recommended."

"Alex the Owner was professional and exactly on time. He told me what to watch out for as I was to go through my project, and he bid a very fair price. Work was clean, courteous, and fast. He’s now my plumber and I’ll certainly call him in the future with any plumbing work."
