"So I live in a older house (1947) so the plumbing is older too. Anytime I used my sink dishwasher or laundry the water would all but flood my basement making it almost unusable. I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! I now have a dry usable basement. He gave me a very decent price as well! Now hopefully I don't need another plumber anytime soon but if I do I'm calling seth at SWB!"

"My technician Robert Santiago was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Made a very stressful situation bearable. He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. "It was Saturday during Memorial Day weekend in the pandemic when I noted a leaking pipe in the ceiling of my basement family room. I worked through Home Advisor to find a plumber in my area. The plumber came quickly. He and I followed pandemic precautions. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He did a temporary repair because the faucet to shut off the water to my house was corroded due to its age. He then organized permanent repair a few days later when the town water to my house could be shut off. The plumber informed me what and when to expect him and did exactly what he said. He deserves an extra thank-you because of the pandemic issues. I am in the high risk group and he was the first stranger to enter my home since March. That caused added concerns on my part which were quickly resolved due to his professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone and will call this plumber in the future."
